◆Game saves and settings: stored only on your device. We cannot see them, and they are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

◆Analytics (only if you opt in): a pseudonymous client ID and session ID, platform, app version, session length and gameplay events such as game starts, outcomes, progression and settings changes. Stored in our Supabase database.

◆AI assistant messages: your current message and up to six recent messages from the session are sent through our server function (a Supabase Edge Function) to OpenAI to generate a reply. We do not save chat transcripts in our database; the conversation stays in the app only for the current session.

◆Advertising data: the Android app shows banner ads from Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect your advertising ID, IP address, approximate location and ad interaction data.

◆Shared game content: generated card images and their metadata, stored in Supabase and shown to players.

◆Support messages: your email address and message content if you contact us.

The game has no accounts or sign-in. We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, precise location or payment details to play.

◆Analytics: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given in the analytics dialog. You can decline or change your choice in Settings at any time.

◆AI assistant: providing the feature you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b)). The assistant is optional and the rest of the game works without it.

◆Ads: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), collected through Google's consent dialog. If you decline, ads are limited to non-personalised ads where the law allows.

◆Shared game content and keeping the backend secure and abuse-free: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

◆Answering support requests: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) or steps you request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

You may withdraw analytics consent at any time in Settings, and manage ad choices through the ad consent options. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it.

We use these processors and independent providers:

◆Supabase (database and server functions): analytics events, shared game content, and the AI request that passes through our Edge Function.

◆OpenAI (AI replies): the text of your current message and up to six recent messages. Please do not write personal or sensitive information in the chat. Under OpenAI's published API terms, this data is not used to train OpenAI's models by default and may be kept for up to 30 days to provide the service and detect abuse. See OpenAI's API data usage documentation for details.

◆Google AdMob (ads): advertising ID, IP address, approximate location and ad interaction data. Google acts as an independent controller for some of this processing; see policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

We do not sell your personal data.

Supabase, OpenAI and Google may process data in the United States or other countries. Where this happens we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (where the provider is certified) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Under GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent. To use these rights, email contact@arojentarinat.com. Because we hold only pseudonymous analytics data, please include the analytics ID shown in Settings so we can find your records. We reply within one month.

The game has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. You can request deletion of your analytics data at: https://arojen-tales-hub.lovable.app/support.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Finland this is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi). You may also contact the authority in your own country.

The game is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

We will publish changes here and, for material changes, notify you in the game.
